I can't believe I am about to agree with a user that has a Schlomo badge next to his name, but it looks to me like he was filming 1WTC and the crowd around it when the 2nd plane comes into view.

As for "Kevin" waiting until Feb 24, 2022 to release it, I can see why people might doubt his posted reason.
