What I find funny is they never bring up the negatives of eating bugs. Negatives I only know of from taking care of animals that eat insects.

Fun fact while insects are honestly really good for you. Nothing but proteins. The exoskeleton is not digestible. Even by animals which eat nothing but bugs. In fact most animals if fed the same kind of bugs and not a mixture like they would in the wild. Leads to gut impaction of the exoskeleton. Seeing how humans really don't eat bugs expect in some countries. And in those countries they still eat meat plus bugs. Its not an issue.

However an all bug diet would be bad.
