Wonder if it's a botched nose job, I mean it was pretty big even in 1964. It just didn't look like that one in the post, with the hook shape.
Not trying to defend the guy, I grew up in the 90's not the 60's. It's just the first time I've ever seen that, and it didn't look like what I've seen before.
