Well, if you have ever seen Blacks anywhere that has a salad bar or the opportunity to season one's food, they always make sure to get more than their money's worth and gratuitously drown their food in as many condiments as possible. You rarely ever see Blacks just keep their mouth shut and accept what is given to them from the menu. There is always a request, a demand or a complaint. They're like Jews, but even more petty.

With a lot of Blacks, there is a behavioral imperative to simultaneously "beat" the establishment by either shoplifting their own accoutrements OR demanding other ancillary items from behind the counter. This behavior can most commonly be observed in convenience stores where they want maximum packaging and items like matches that are given as a gratuity for cigarettes, yet they may not be purchasing cigarettes at that time. Their rationale is that they're a paying customer and the store gives that away for free, so they they should be able to get 5 or 6 packs in addition to the tic tacs and hot dog they're purchasing. As I said, they also demand maximum packaging. For instance, I may get a can of Coke and not even want a bag -- I'll just walk out with it in my hand. Blacks MUST have a paper bag around every beverage, a straw (perhaps more than one), several napkins and whatever else they can get that is unrelated to the purchase of a Coke. You may also notice that with purchases that are not voluminous in size, there will be requests for separate bags for the items as well. Basically, with every petty purchase they make, they have to harass the proprietor as much as possible while also increasing their environmental footprint by 400%.

Most of you may be too young to remember this, but there was a time in big cities around 25 years ago when you used to be able to go into a fast food place and after receiving the bulk of you order, you could go to a little station and pour your own drink (some places still do this) and also go to another little station to grab your own ketchups, mayos, salt, pepper, plastic forks and spoons, napkins, syrups, etc.. Now, you cannot do that. Who do you think is primarily to blame for this and why?

At the Costco that was near my old house, this was still a thing near at the dining area near the exit of the store. Probably because I lived in a mostly white town.
