Black employees to. As a white person it is just not right to use a black person as a “server“. That’s way too close to “servant“.

You should’ve let me fucking keep calling them waiters and waitresses, now shouldn’t you?

Really all employment is a form of slavery and is oppressive. Black people more than anyone else should avoid the negative and oppressive relationship that is employment. We should help them in their struggle.

I have heard that in Aristotle‘s time there was no linguistic differentiation between the concept of slavery and employee. They used the same word for both.

(I do believe that there is an effort to obfuscate the fact that small business ownership is one of the fastest means to wealth in this country. The area I live in is 89% white. Minorities own a disproportionate amount of small businesses in the area, to include 75% of all gas stations. Four different Middle Eastern companies are represented amongst the owners of local small businesses. All of these people immigrated within the last 15 years)

IIRC the ancient Scythians "slaves" were basically farmers who got taxed by the "owner", nothing like what we imagine as a slave today. When indebted to a man, he provided his slave a plot of land, a house, and the tools needed to setup a farm, asking only for a portion of his crops.
