In a letter to CQC chief executive Ian Trenholm, Mr Allen wrote: 'Your decision not to prosecute sends out entirely the wrong message to those responsible for the care of the vulnerable.....The message being, "No matter how badly you perform your duties and whatever the consequences are, the CQC will not prosecute you".'

She fell because old people lose their balance. Your wording make it sound like you think boomers caused your personal problems.
