Just like you can't call kraft^TM cheese cheese and instead have to call it processed cheese product, it should be illegal to tell these people they are getting a vagina. Congress is in charge of standards and measures. They need to set some standards for what is and isn't this or that so a doctor doesn't loose their license for referring to things by their actual definition. Permanent surgical wound would be the technical term.
