Fan of Mark Ripptoe?

Bad form = injuries at heavy weight. Seems like a good perspective to have. I'm not sure how that interferes with your bodys adaptation processes though. Do you ever struggle to move up weight after you've achieved your desired form?

No, what I'll end up doing is 3 sets of less than 5 reps until I do 3x5, then improve form until comfortable with moving up
