I figured I would pass this along if anyone reads this. You know how when you’re bench pressing and you’re straining your back will arch? Yea don’t force your back to stay flat. I did that for the first time ever and now my back is fucked. I guess that’s what happen cause it’s the only thing I did different and this is the only time Iv hurt my back like this. I don’t know how long this gonna last but I had to skip leg day over this bs

Never skip leg day? I love leg day. I’m not gonna go in and squat with my back killing me like this though. I wasn’t benching a lot of weight. That’s the thing. I just forced my back to stay flat on the bench. Apparently that’s a bad idea. That’s all I can think did it. Cause right after that my back was hurting and just got worse.

Where does it hurt? How much were you lifting bud? You shouldn't have to force your back flat if it's not too much you want the power to come from pecs and triceps isolated. May have just been a weird tweak

My lower back hurts. If hurts to get out of bed. It hurts to sit in a chair. It’s not just a little bit injured it’s fucked it

Sounds like you cramped your spinal lumbar or maybe your soap. It will hurt but stretching is the best thing for it. Scullcap and ginger tea will help as well as long as you don't take gabapentin.

Scullcap is a muscle relaxer and ginger helps remove lactic acid.
