East Central MO: Doodly-squat going on here so far. Depending on the prognosticator, could be nothing or 14 inches of snow with some good old fashioned Missouri ice storms thrown in for good measure. Larder is stocked, back up water supply stowed and I dug out my crampons. Bring it.

Edit: 11AM Sunday and we've got about an inch of glazed over ice crystals so far.

My brother is up around Puget Sound. He says cloudy with rain is his weather for 9 months of the year. I'll take our ice storms and sunshine any day!

I'm in the interior. I agree, I'll take valley cloud for 2 months in the winter and sunshine all summer to coastal rain.
