The big question here is whether or not your newly acquired EAS-1 emergency alert decoder gave you a heads up warning on severe weather with hail in your area. It's an omen that you just bought the device and then it hailed.

It did not, but the regular weather service alerts did. I am still learning how to use the EAS-1.

just looked outside.. shit from the south looks menacing.. trees are at 60 again... something wicked, this way comes...

Only the warning, deep rumbles and a few raindrops so far from that for me. Sounds likes the storm you had/are having is missing me, but that happens a lot where storms just split and go around my location. I like storms though, so that kind of sucks for me. Still a mix of darkness and sun though, so it might hit me some still.

There's something else rolling through right now, but it's not as strong.

They just cut into golf to have a weather girl give a tornado warning for some areas...but 4 seconds into her interruption they interrupted her mid-sentence to run a car commercial.

lol yeah, that sounds about right. That's why I have a couple of weather radios around the house.

no hail. wind had my apple trees at a 60deg. with pouring rain.. I admit, I had to look up local weather to see if we were in a box
