Putin deploying, well really anyone deploying a EMP device that fries electronics is going to win. Why? Our agriculture runs on silicon. If all modern farm trucks go down, WE'RE SCREWED. Don't believe me just watch the john deere farmer videos raging at unnecessary complicated software on their tractors and right to repair.
