Could be made into a serious weapon with a more powerful drill. Next should be a compressed air powered torque wrench. Maybe use that with a maximum draw weight compound bow.

his main thing is to make his weapons legal in germany, and not require a permit or safety class to use. This means rubber bands, or specifically medical tubing or better. I think he used compressed air once or twice, but he seems to enjoy the rubber a lot more.
