Since there seems to be a few learned 40k scholars around here, I figured I'd ask a question that's been bugging me for awhile.

**Spoilers for Eisenhorn, Ravenor, and Bequin series**

What the hell happened to the original Bequin? I know that she was injured and placed into stasis and that Ravenor had procession of the stasis pod during the whole Molotch affair.

But then Lexicanum says the following:

>In 461.M41 the ship holding her stasis tube went missing during a routine jump.

Are we really to believe that even after being heavily sanctioned Ravenor would let Bequin's stasis pod get away from him? Did I miss a short story or something or is that one line in the Bequin books all there is regarding her fate? It reads like an Inquisitorial redaction for what really happened.

>Do you think it's worth checking out?

Yeah absolutely. Some of the stories are slow (or repeats of ones there were already out there) but I can think of at least three off the top of my head that are great. The penultimate story is really good too.
