National IQ estimates for Iran are not similar at all. The best out there is a metaanalysis that puts it in the 97-105 range. They've developing home grown hypersonic missiles, state of the art drones, and cluster munitions. People with 84 average IQs can't do that. They have far more European blood than other sand niggers.
