Its because the "Liberal world order" which is trying to not come to an end... has shifted gears into the 1984 style "military world order".

Everyone will always be at war with everyone else. We will keep people divided and it will eliminate international travel for everyone but the elite. It will also make sure that every new generation has a large portion sent to die in a pointless war..

All while profit is to be had by the spent blood. There is no longer a "War to win" since all "war's" are now to last forever, just shifting from one country to another to cull the masses when needed and to pay off other nations that are participating in the games.
