EMPs knock out grids and the things attached to them, they do not permanently disable most vehicles, or man portable electronics that are not plugged into a wall outlet at time of blast. All those lil drones will survive so long as they can take the crash or are not in the air. Same with the anti tank rockets, and likely the tanks. They are theoretically more effective at crippling civilian assets and creating humanitarian chaos ahead of an attack. Not in an already established war zone.
