We had an ex-Harley executive move to a company I was working with years ago. He was a pompous asshole. He didn't understand our business, and always defended himself by saying, "well, I'm a process guy". Harley's decline has been long in the making.

It was founded on 24 January 1971 by German engineer and economist Klaus Schwab.
