The machine's endpoint is in the east coast region of the US on a popular carrier/provider. There's a pretty good chance it is relatively close to matching the video creator's provider and location.

A simple search about pandemic and apocalypse will trigger their pre-selected answers regarding all these topics.
Randomness in results only happens for topics that aren’t politically charged.
