Farmers and ranchers (not major corp versions of them) are the definition of conservation.
Their lives depend on taking good care of the land, water and their animals.
Industrialization has changed the world in a big way with agro but decentralization and local farms/ranges are how it should be.
However, this is against (((Their))) agenda as it would mean that people spread out and not be able to buy avocados or strawberries in the middle of the winter in the frozen north.
(((THEY))) want people as centralized as possible and as a result, as controllable as possible.
When you think "meat comes from the store" and that people that hunt are "killing animals that don't need to die because you can just go to the store" you end up with this bullshit. Yeah, I ran into one of those morons a few years ago. They thought things like "meat" at the store just somehow "showed up" and no animals died for it.. It is a special level of stupid.
Sickening. I would starve before I ate bugs or "beyond meat".
Call it what it is. Over processed garbage that is intended to "taste and look like meat" for people with unrealistic views of the world and a progressive/liberal stick up their asses.
Unless you have a proper medical reason to be a vegetarian or vegan (which is rare) then these diets are a diet of privilege and you actually cause far more environmental harm than those that are omnivores (as humans should be).
They really hate it when you point that out to them though. I know from experience.
