How much money will be freed up to "contribute" to political parties? How about "contributions" to planned parenthood and other government funded operations like niggers and kikes? How will it be routed into black/jewish neighborhoods? And plenty more.
Oh yes, there are many questions. The answer is, it's just another money laundering operation for the well connected designed to ensnare denizens who happen to be nearby. Money, of course will not go toward improvements, just more dystopia and tyranny. So called marginalized groups won't see a dime. But rest assured that the plutocrats and autocrats will make out well.
