Controlling solar radiation is potentially a very powerful tool for weather control. It is the solution to all the carbon credit propaganda too. If we can finally admit that CO2 plays a minor role in climate we can finally move away from the climate change propaganda, failed policies, and control schemes. Crop yields are not limited by sunlight as evidenced by the fact that greenhouses that add co2 increase thier yields without additional light. Allowing co2 to rise while controlling heat can lead to greater crop yields I know it's hard to not assume the worst from the wealth hoarders who have proven themselves to be evil. But you can't just blindly claim that everything they do is evil.
