That’s actually an interesting idea. I recently saw another article or video that speculated on our climate during the dinosaur era. Researches believed that our ozone or whatever atmospheric layers (they didn’t actually go into which ones) were significantly thicker, and blocked out more radiation. That was the cause for the larger animals and the proliferation of vegetation that sustained them.
It also led to a higher pressure, which wouldn’t really do much here, but the lack of the more harmful of the suns rays could lead to higher food production.
A Japanese scientist came up with an environment that was higher pressure and used fiber optics to filter sunlight and to light a tomato plant, and it grew to a massive size while producing a prodigious amount of much larger fruit.
