Yes absolutely, and for good measure we also need a big ass "remigration" program I'm pretty sure there are african leaders and elites who share our views, when it comes to africa and demography. And they're most likely an ultra minority among african leaders and elites, it's taboo Because the exploding african demography is not only bad news for us, it's also bad news for them. It's kind of like obesity, where are you going with that? It's an handicap for everything. You have orphans/street kids left on their own all over the place with the parents gone AWOL, legions of ultra poors, and if you don't find a way to feed them they're going to set everything on fire and kill each others on a daily basis, turn to crime and terrorism, and from a rulling elite standpoint it's not good, at all. It doesn't really take a genius to figure that out
