Disabling clothing trackers will be simple. Static electricity will do it, a taser or some other high voltage zap.

Idk, depends how it's implemented, the clothing itself could become the chip ultimately, passive chip without batteries, functioning pretty much like a mirror which reflects lights only if light is projected on it
