If I were that top level, and had to design a group that would do my subversive bidding while taking the fall if discovered, it would look very much like the jews. Christians, muslims, and jews all have different roles to ensure that visible power structures can be created and destroyed so that if the visible power structures no longer serve the invisible upper level, they can be replaced with ones that do. If Jews were smart and not someone's puppets, then they would have easily figured out for themselves why they were expelled from so many countries and would have done something to prevent that in the future. Self preservation is a strong instinct. They obviously know their history, yet they do nothing about it. Someone is out subverting the subversives.
