Yea but it’s not true. So it wasn’t funny. There has to be a morsel of truth in good humor. There is none in that statement. And because it’s not at all true, it probably did not trigger Acosta, it just made Dice look like a lemming.
But .... Dice is Christian and had innate sense to avoid Alex Jones long before he was exposed. I like him and wish him well.

It doesn’t. It’s just cringe. Because what I said is not true and no one with half a brain believes it to be, even redditors, so there’s no joke there. It just makes me look stupid for saying it.
And these same perameters apply here.
Saying “he’s the greatest president in history” in mocking manner doesn’t create a good burn just because it’s done in a mocking context. The thing he says has to be at least sort of true to sting.
