He may be well intentioned. But he tends to toss out accusations about the nature of people 'gay' 'pedo' 'jew' based on the looks of them. He also seems to have a habit of biting people in the ass that have worked with him. I am not surprised he can't get people into bed with him anymore.

One thing I cannot determine is if he does this to play up the drama to attract & engage an audience.
He definitely amps up his persona for the videos. And he has experience playing a crowd as a comedian.
