And how is it right to have the best of them over here? They should be in their own land helping their own people. So they all must go, for the betterment of everyone.

We need programs to help them repatriate and teach the smarter ones how to run countries and businesses. Then their success or failure is completely that of their own. Of course, all aid to Africa must stop. Ensuring they are not economically competing with "free."
Of course, this would only work if we can get the corruption out of our country.
