I've got an old Pyrex silicone-coated pie dish that I take good care of. Silicone is pretty inert.

Pyrex is pretty good stuff imoho.

Pyrex is great. You can bake with it then pop a lid on top and store the leftovers in the fridge.

I don't trust any manufactured substance. Iron is as natural as it gets. Glass for baking and storage.
