I've got an old aluminum frying pan. At one time it was teflon coated, but three-quarters of the teflon wore off. My wife uses it to cook our meals. So I'm getting aluminum and teflon in my food. At the rate I'm going, I may not live to see 96.

Go to lodge and buy a bunch of cast iron shit

The video discusses alternatives, including cast iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel.

Yikes. I hope that's a bad joke.

Them Protocols of Zion ain’t no joke. They meant every word. Better goyim killing through chemistry.

It doesn't really matter if it's "still" toxic or not. It's everywhere and in everything since the 40s. All humans are infected with PFOA and PTFE. Even humans that aren't born yet will be infected.

You can thank Dupont for that.

They add that shit to food packaging on purpose. Kerrygold had to recall all of its butter from California a couple weeks ago after California banned PFOAs in food packaging.

Before that it never even occurred to me that someone was stupid/evil enough to add those chemicals to food on purpose. Just like it wouldn't occur to me to ask them if they added plutonium to their butter.

Yet limiting ingestion and attempts to minimize intake via cooking still remains a sensible approach.

Smart people stopped using teflon years ago when this was exposed. Other than not using teflon cookware, there's really no hiding from it. It's literally in everything. And lets not forget PFAS and PFOS as well.

Yes, that's why the focus here is on cookware.

I've got an old Pyrex silicone-coated pie dish that I take good care of. Silicone is pretty inert.

Pyrex is pretty good stuff imoho.

Pyrex is great. You can bake with it then pop a lid on top and store the leftovers in the fridge.

I don't trust any manufactured substance. Iron is as natural as it gets. Glass for baking and storage.

It's funny that you think they're trying to make it less toxic. They sell the pills for when it makes you sick and the pills for when those pills make you sick.

You can still buy teflon pans. I don't, but I am suspect of the mushmouth presentation.
