Yeah. Niggers exist so I work out and train.

I haven't been training much since December because of my shoulder. I injured my rotator cuff somehow. So I haven't been sparring or rolling. Just drill rolls and technique on the bags. And my lifts have been lower body focused until my shoulder heals.

I would like to go to Switzerland. I remember in college the professor asked to name some random European countries. Somebody said england…few more random answers, then I said the uk.
