That place only needs a moderate mayor and it'll bounce back. SF is land locked and is prime real-estate with a lot of infrastructure and nearby money. They've really had to work for decades to screw it up this badly. All they have to do is dial back their insanity 10% and it'll rebound, unfortunately.
