I'm legally blind without my glasses. I've been pressured for as long as I can remember to get Lasik but I've always vehemently said 'no way in hell.' I already can't see without my glasses and it can be scary at times. I am not willing to risk what vision I have. I heard of haloes and dry eyes so bad that people lose their jobs and suicide. Glasses suck but they are certainly tolerable. A permanent change to your eyes is scary.
