It is the Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) that sent the police with the warrant to seize his alcohol and records. They sent to goon squad for a class 3 misdemeanor. They suspended his liquor license during COVID so they are claiming he was selling alcohol without a license. They seized $10,000 worth of liquor from the restaurant. The government dropped complaints concerning business licenses, but the ABC is still coming after him. State ABC's are just liberal bureaucracies that should be abolished as unnecessary.

What is their "Republican" governor doing about this?
