I will try to answer this in the most serious way possible. Niggers have smaller frontal lobes and thus less impulse control. Niggers have less empathy. People can do well if raised in a supportive environment, but niggers are surrounded by evil, abusive niggers in their households and neighborhoods and peer environments wherever that may be. Morality is ultimately a decision. If you decided stealing is wrong and you shouldn't do it, you will be less likely to steal. Maybe you will find yourself in a difficult situation where stealing would profit you a lot, but stealing will be reduced greatly. Niggers are en masse decided that they should steal as much as they can manage, even recklessly risking getting caught in order to do so. Of course this extends to a host of other violent and abusive behaviors where niggers are okay with doing them as much as they can such as assaulting and killing others, rape, coercion, extortion, and just plain being an asshole. All this does not even mention the impact head injuries and drugs/alcohol can contribute to this. If niggers are uncontained and impulsive without head injuries, things will obviously be worse with it. Since niggers live around abuse and violence, it's much more likely they get head injuries one way or another. Most of us have been drunk before. Remember how loose and stupid and unconstrained you are when you're drunk? Now imagine a violent, evil nigger being in such a loose state. There are lots of drugs, mixtures of drugs, and different rates of consumption.
