The technique with this man is very impressive. Think about what he'd have to do if he couldn't use this method. He'd have to spend at least 1 minute per basket climbing up a step ladder and dumping them into the container. Those minutes add up, let's say 30 baskets- that's 30 fucking minutes basically wasted.

With this method, he empties those baskets in about 1 second each. 30 seconds of work instead of 30 minutes- this is efficiency, this is a valuable man to have on your team. I wonder if an older worker taught him this technique, or if he just sort of developed it out of adaptation.
