Women want everyone to feel good even if it means stifling speech, distorting facts and ignoring outcomes. Men want to debate the facts and find the truth.
The interesting part is not what but why and how.
Women want to feel good within the group, men want to stand out from the group with what they can do. In other words, women care about being on good terms with other women while men care about building stuff.
If we want to destroy society, the most effective way is to destroy the relationship between men and women. Since it's harder to attack logic and facts (men) than feelings and culture (women), the target will be primarily women.
Since women care about morality and men care about facts and logic, let's subvert so facts and logic becomes immoral. If a subverter succeeds with that, women will despise strong men doing the right thing. (Look around you, it's everywhere).
When you make women believe that stifling speech, distorting facts and ignoring outcomes is the morally right thing to do, the thing that makes them on good terms with other women and protects them from dangerous men, of course that's what they'll do.
To sum it up; cultural subversion reduces feminine acceptance for strong men building exceptional societies. Over generations this becomes worse fast, since it makes it harder for women to select good men. Thus good men will have to choose between procreation or doing the right thing for society.
There is absolutely no need to "make women believe that stifling speech, distorting facts and ignoring outcomes is the morally right thing to do" as that is already their starting position.
