It's called a theory for a reason; any and every science-fact have begun as just that..
I am well aware of the paradigm-shift happening everywhere in the sciences today, where many a thing too hard to fathom, bothersome or political incorrect must be dumbed down or 'debunked', so negroes and dimwits don't get hurt fefees or feel left out and i'm not a fan!

Any and every science fact is still a theory and scientists all know this. Things can't be proven, in a general sense, a rule for all, within the realm of science. You will never test for all contexts possible. Things can only be proven false.
Relativity is science, (((relativity))) is false trash-science. What you spoke of is the latter. Most of "science" of the last century falls into the latter group.
