Any and every science fact is still a theory and scientists all know this. Things can't be proven, in a general sense, a rule for all, within the realm of science. You will never test for all contexts possible. Things can only be proven false. Relativity is science, (((relativity))) is false trash-science. What you spoke of is the latter. Most of "science" of the last century falls into the latter group.
