Due to the groid representing himself for this trial these threads will not be as detailed as my Rittenhouse megathreads.
Trial opening;
- Brooks continuously interrupts judge, within 5 minutes at least 10 times.
- Claims he does not consent to abiding to the rules of court, he's been provided with SCOTUS rulings on decorum of the court.
- Judge is reminding Brooks that he will be removed from the court into an adjacent court room to be a part of the trial through audio / visual means.
- Is wearing jail attire while he has access to and is allowed to wear a provided suit attire.
- Judge has to explain to him that wearing proper suit attire would benefit his side of the trial.
- Pushes pilpul that "I do not consent or agree to anything you just stated...", CIA is so sloppy. This is obvious coaching that the groid is seriously mixing up.
- Judge has to explain to him that wearing proper suit attire would benefit his side of the trial.
- Interruptions up to two-dozen plus.
- Brooks is being removed from the courtroom into the adjacent courtroom.
- Kvetches that "I do not consent, I am under duress"

- Is threatening to throw and break things.
- Resisted officers while being moved.
- Threatened officers and "the court".
- Kvetches that "I do not consent, I am under duress"
- Judge going over the legally sanctioned actions she could take in response to Brooks' behavior including having him bound and gagged.
- DA and Judge go over specifically how he is not incompetent and is extremely deliberate in his actions to intentionally disrupt the process.
- Brooks is complaining about a bruise on his arm and a cut on his finger. States he won't go back to the main courtroom until he gets medical attention for these.
- Jurors are being brought in finally the trial is actually started.
- Rules for jurors being read.
- Brooks is finally agreeable to being allowed back in the main court room after the judge giving him many many many chances for hours.
- Brooks is trying to delay the trial through his own disruption. Asking questions of irrelevant things on court rules and laws that he's already been provided. He's expecting the court toe advise him which the court can not legally do.
- Jurors are finally being brought out "permanently" now, unless the groid does something worth removing them for. Jury instructions done, all charges have been read. Opening statements have started and finished.
- Judge removed Brooks from court room and is explaining why to the jury.
