Then where is all the rubber in the lakes? Shouldn't there be detectable rubber everywhere?
They discovered recently that's exactly what's behind salmon mass die-offs.
After many years of tires, they are finally starting to do some studies. I believe a significant portion is eaten by bacteria, but until then it provides a film near major roadways and effects some of the tiny creatures like snails.
Fuck snails. They eat my strawberries. If bacteria can eat rubber why doesn't rubber rot away?
why doesn't rubber rot away
It would if you would ever wear one for more than 25 seconds
I love strawberries. Especially wild ones. Tires do "rot" away; just really, really slowly.
