Probably nothing. As anons on the chans pointed out, the video is from back in February, right after Russia went into Ukraine. The German fella most likely just messed up the month. Possibly because his reptile brain was thinking of 9/11 as an event where people remembered where they were.
There is an asteroid flying very close by on the 23rd though.

I later found something on how the German fellow likely messed up his months. So ya I guess the German announcement about the 24th doesn't apply to this September 24th.
Hey ... wait a minute. That link you provided for the asteroid only goes to a generic page. And when I search for 'QK36' I get nothing. Further, when I search on the web for any mention of an asteroid flying by on 9/23/22, I get nothing. Am I missing something here?

Strange. If you copy the link and paste it, then it works. Some anon also posted a screenshot of some news articles about NASA sending a probe to smash into an asteroid to divert it.
