This is a setup. Who started this shit? I would wager, this event is being put on by the globalists. Either to draw out the nationalists for facial recognition and/or other targeting. OR It's a psyop to further globalism by doing a GLOBAL walkout. People around the globe acting as one is globalism by definition.
