naturally occurring TiO2 isn't going to reflect like paint -- that's what spectrograms tell you the people that built and launched Apollo are still alive, and the same companies are still around: boeing, northrop, general dynamics, etc. they even think the Apollo 11 lunar module is still orbiting the moon -- just can't find it cos it's small
