My wife cuts off lanes like this all the time when she makes left turns. I keep telling her, "Swing wide, swing wide, it's dangerous to turn into the opposite lane. Something might be coming." She keeps doing it. She doesn't stalk people who blow horns at her, however.
Women drivers are honestly my biggest headache on the road. Old women drivers take it to the next level. It's the constant unnecessary hesitation combined with the incapability to make a quick and easy decision that just infuriates me. There is something in the genetic makeup of woman that is sub-par to men when it comes to mechanical/technical competency.
"Square your turns" was something I read when learning to drive.
