I am sure most of you know everything in this video, but it is an insanely great summary of all of the lieas around trying to get people to eat less meat and more veg.

TLDW: Plants are a far worse source of all of nutrients that we need than meat, if we stopped eating all meat we could not convert all of that land to growing food for humans because most of it cannot grow food for humans, 80% of all feed for animals is inedible to humans anyway and ruminants UPCYCLE that 80% of inedible plants into edible forms of food and so on.

We are LITERALLY being lied to by every single human being on the planet. There isn't a single source of information that isn't completely taken over by fucking communists.

I know, we all know this stuff, but it is just so stark sometimes to watch a great summary like this video and think about what is going on.

Humanity is in a perpetual state of ideologicial warfare. That is the single war that never ends, and it means we must get our people on a war footing where the FIRST pillar must be ideological warfare against our enemies / pro our people.

yeah this is retarded

i am not a vegan or anything, but eating less meat and more vegetables has been proven to be healthier by a metric fuckton of trials. even anecdotally, i've found drastic improvements in my own health by cutting down meat and eating more vegetables

most people eat way too much meat

eating meat is necessary, just not in the quantities your red-faced fat ass thinks

You posted a bunch of things, but your description is so fucked up you come across as being retarded, while basically being right for reasons completely beyond your comprehension. This is because you are, obviously, retarded.

Here is the common denominator that almost 100% of all of the studies you are thinking about share:

  • The human body only has two sources of fuel: sugar and fat

  • There are good fats and there are bad fats. Roughly speaking, the consensus seems to be that good fats are basically just animal fats.

  • Coconut oil and olive oil seem to be also in the category of healthy fats, however, coconut oil can be refined into MCT oil which can be further isolated into the C8 variety of MCT oil which is the only good part of coconut oil. Olive oil is similar in that it is a delivery mechanism for polyphenols and theoretically taking a polyphenol isolate would get you the benefits of olive oil.

  • Sesame oil seems to actually lower blood pressure, strangely, no one knows why but they suspect there it is a delivery mechanism for a molecule that provides this benefit.

  • All other oils especially processed vegetable oils like canola, corn and sunflower oil are considered highly inflamatory and really bad for human consumption. In part it is because there is no possible way any human can ever eat enough canola, corn or sunflower seeds to have ever evloved to be able to digest those oils but mostly because those seeds don't have a lot of oil to begin with so the amount of industrial level processing required first to extract them and then to make them shelf stable is enormous. When vegetable oils were first invented during the beginning of the industrial revolution only about 100 years ago, they would go rancid on the shelf really really quickly, so they inventend hydrogenation which makes vegetable oils shelf stable but highly dangerous for consumption because of the inflamatory properties this new material has on humans.

  • Plant based diets include everything from fruits which are basically just sugar, starchy plants which are just basically sugar and fibrous vegetables which are extremely low in nutrients and low in digestability. When people say eat more vegetables they are never clear about how much fruits they are eating, how much starchy foods they are eating or how many fibrous plants they are eating. Each category of plant has a different set of effects on humans and they are as follows: fruits are just sugar and they spikes insulin, starchy plants are just sugar and they spike insulin, fibrous plants are mostly fiber and we don't have the digestive tract to digest them and if predigested by being cooked to shit they are so low in nutrients that it is impossible to actually eat enough fibrous vegetables to survive on. Read that again. There are NO VEGANS that exist on the planet that can survive only on fibrous vegetables because you cannot eat enough of them even if cooked to get enough calories. All vegans try to make their base diet fibrous plants but ABSOLUTELY MUST supplement with starchy or sugary plants because only those plants have the caloric density to sustain them because of how our gut is built. Basically, vegetarians and vegans are just calorie defecit diets with a fancy name.

  • Animal foods are basically protein + animal fats. I am currently under the impression based on studies and research that humans REALLY need to get 80% of their calories from fat and 20% from everything else. This is actually REALLY FUCKING HARD to do. Chewing a stick of butter per day or drinking half a cup of olive oil per day is really really really hard. On top of that, eating meat is really really tricky because of the protein part of meat. Protein, when digested, not only does it get converted to sugar but we have protein receptors in our body that when they sense huge amounts of protein they get a signal that food is abundant and that cells should start replicating (the body starts gorwing) because we evolved in an environment of perpetual defecit so our bodies use all possible energy sources and maximizes them. What happens with protein is that not only does it make you fat if you have too much because it gets converted to sugar and then the rest of the burning / storage processes are the same as if you ate fruit, starchy veg or pure sugar, but, you have now signaled your body that it is in a growth phase and the cells stop their starvation repair mode and go into growth mode. This is where the supposed association with cancer and red meat comes from in part, and this is where a lot of work in extending human life is focused on as well.

That roughly covers human diet in the broadest possible categories. We also now know that the pyramid is upside down and that most of our diet should come from meat and fat, the rest from fibrous vegetables and that WE SHOULD EAT ALMOST NO SUGAR / STARCHY plants of any sort. This is so undisputed at this point that type 2 diabetics can be cured from their desease by basically banning all starchy and sugary foods of any sort.

Now, the most interesting part of studying nutrition and weight loss is that if you want to lose weight you have basically the same success if you: either eat only vegeterian / vegan or only meat. It is one or the either, but not both. Pick either and you will lose weight. Any diet that includes both does not seem to help lose weight and only increases it. Why would that be?

The answer is this: Sugary and starchy vegetable or other starchy / sugary food like pasta, candy, pop, and so forth is usually added to the diet when people eat in between those two extremes. When people say eat more vegetables what they are REALLY SAYING is eat more fibrous vegetables AND also eat more fruits and starchy vegetables. Fruits and starchy vegetables spike your insulin levels like crazy and insulin is a hormone that shoves all starch / sugar converted to the proper internal form and shoves it into your storage cels. This problem is exacerbated by probably 10 000 times when people add PURIFIED SUGARS to their diet in the form of sweetentd coffe, cakes, cookies, soda pop and so forth. Not only are you delivering pure sugar to the body without the fibrous carrier material, sugar has a very special property: SUGAR HAS NO SATIATION POINT.

Our species has never ever had fruits available year round. Fruits are available only for about 3 or 4 weeks once a year and we have evolved to gorge our selves on fruits because after fruit season is starvation season (winter). To put it another way, you can eat as much sugary foods as you want and you will never feel full. This is why sugary drinks are served with fast food, sugar makes everything taste better and since it has no satiation level you end up buying more fast food than you would if it was served with water or wine.

So, with respect to weight loss and feeling better, I said above that you can choose either vegan / vegetarian or meat only diets and you are guaranteed to lose weight, why is this?

This is because both diets are calore restriction diets, BUT, they work completely differently:

  • Vegan / vegetarian diets are simply extremely low in calories in total and are extremely poor sources of bio available calories. You are going to REALLY REALLY REALLY either have to eat a lot of fibrous plants or you are going to have to supplement with fruits or starchy foods like potatoes, beans, breads, etc. Veganism / vegetarianism is just starvation, vegetarians just starve a bit slower.

  • Eating only meat, you will lose weight but for a different reason: All food, especially meat, has a satiation point. You CANNOT force anyone to eat an infinite amount of plants of meat, our bodies have internal mechanism that prevent this, only sugar doesn't have a satiation point. So, first you just won't be able to eat enough meat even if you want to. Second, the meat will be extremely protein heavy and very low in fat. It is really fucking difficult to find cuts of meat with enough fat on them to sustain your self only on meat because, as per above, the consensus is shifting toward 80% of human calories needing to come from good fats and 20% from protein and everything else. The difference here is that it is MUCH EASIER to find enough calories from meat and find enough fat sources from animal based food than vegetarian so you won't be losing weight from not being able to eat enough, you will be losing weight because your satiation mechanism will kick in and stop you from overeating meat and fat.

In other words, you are correct, but not for the reasons that you think you are correct. What you have actually suggested is just a modified version of a calorie restricted diet which is this:

Basically eat meat + eat a bunch of fibrous vegetables as a filler because they occupy space in your digestive tract but are extremely low in calories and nutritional quality.

This is actually no different from just eating meat + healthy fat only, because fibrous vegetables are mostly useless to our species. Of course, you can tweak that diet and go full fibrous vegetable but that is really uncomfortable because you are literally going to starve your self at that point.

And, of course, all of this just reduces down to this: our species evolved in a perpetual state of calorie deficit. We are not designed to eat 3 meals a day and digest food all day long. Ever wonder why it takes 2 days for food move through your digestive tract? It is because our species found food wherever it could, but most of the time we did not eat every day. We probably ate every other or every third day and gorged our selves during periods of plenty or went on long extended periods of complete lack of food. Humans can survive for a very long time without food.

Which brings us down to this: fasting / intermittent fasting. It doesn't matter if you only eat meat, only eat fat, eat meat + fat + fibrous vegetables, what matters is that our bodies are mostly in a state of deficit so that our cels are triggered into self repair mode which just means eat maybe once a day or once every other day. If you want to fast for longer, that is no problem we are built for it. However, what we should NOT be doing, as far as I can tell from my research, is eating all 3 times a day, eating sugary food, eating starchy foods AND ESPECIALLY not eating processed vegetable oils or sugar concentrates of any sort.

By the way, 100% of all diet fads are calorie restriction diets and are simply a permutation of the above. Everything from Atkins to Dr. Bernstein to cabbage soup diet to what have you. It's all just permutations of the above.

Vegetables are unhealthy, meat is healthy. You're a victim of marketing and propaganda, it's very sad to read that kind of nonsense. We evolved eating almost nothing but meat and you're a fucking moron if you think otherwise. Go back to whatever emaciated frail infertile vegtard subreddit you came from.
