Both the pencil & ball-point pen writing was determined to be written by the same hand.

Problem: Anne died 6 years before the invention of the ball-point pen.

Her dad offerred some other jew money to write the story, tried to jew the jew, ended up in court over it, and the diary was forensically proven to not be Anne's writing.
