Supposedly the first image here is not real. & comes from a known porn site, to me it looks like Biden's brother. The second image I've never seen before.
My uninformed take on the matter:
Of the new content (not seen here). There are also legit pictures of the grand daughter but 4chan released them with black squares added. They were added to look like porn but are in fact not porn. The glowies must have turned on Biden with not much to add (so far), probably will be more coming though.
Honestly I don't think more is needed, what is needed is public outrage, or a person to voice that, or a person to shout out to Biden in a public venue.
