Not having been in a classroom since the 90s in a posh part of England, videos like this are just nuts to me, it doesn't even resemble a school. If I would have raised my voice to a teacher I would have been suspended and possibly expelled. American schools seem like zoos.

Yep. In the 90s I was in jr high and high school, cell phones didnt really exist yet and acting out of order was an instant suspension or at the minimum a trip to the principals office and a call to the landline of the households parents.
